The aluminum rail crane is a kind of crane equipment that uses aluminum rails.

Structural composition
 

1 Aluminum rails are made of aluminum alloy, which are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, have a reasonable shape and low surface friction, and can well support the crane trolley.

2 The main structure includes the bridge (with different forms of main girders), the hoisting mechanism (which contains components such as motors and is used for lifting and lowering heavy objects), and the traveling mechanism (which contains driving wheels and so on and is used for moving on the aluminum rails).

3 There are two types of control systems, namely manual and automatic. The manual control system relies on operating handles or buttons for operation, while the automatic control system can achieve precise positioning and automatic operation.

 

Operating principle
 

Lifting: The motor drives the drum to rotate through the reducer. When rotating in the forward direction, it lifts heavy objects, and when rotating in the reverse direction, it lowers heavy objects. The brake is used to prevent heavy objects from sliding down.

Traveling: The motor drives the driving wheels and moves on the aluminum rails relying on the friction between the wheels and the rails. By controlling the motor, it can achieve moving forward, backward and speed adjustment.


 

 

Advantages and disadvantages
 

Advantages: It is lightweight and has lower requirements for the load-bearing capacity of the factory building. It is corrosion-resistant and can reduce maintenance and equipment replacement. It also has high operating precision.

Disadvantages: It has a relatively low load-bearing capacity and is suitable for small and medium-tonnage applications. The cost is relatively high, but the comprehensive cost is acceptable in specific application scenarios.

Regarding installation, the installation service fee is not included in our quotation. We will provide installation instructions to help customers install the equipment by themselves. If customers need us to send technicians to conduct the installation service, we will charge an additional installation fee.

We offer a one-year quality guarantee for our products. If there are any quality problems with the products themselves within one year after shipment, we will provide replacement parts for you as soon as possible.
