Q 5: Are you responsible for equipment installation?
Regarding installation, the installation service fee is not included in our quotation. We will provide installation instructions to help customers install the equipment by themselves. If customers need us to send technicians to conduct the installation service, we will charge an additional installation fee.

We offer a one-year quality guarantee for our products. If there are any quality problems with the products themselves within one year after shipment, we will provide replacement parts for you as soon as possible.
