Double-girder crane is a common lifting equipment, mainly composed of two main girders, end beams, lifting trolley and electrical system.
I. Structural characteristics
Main girder:
Adopting box structure, it has high strength and rigidity and can bear large loads.
End beam:
Connecting two main girders to form an integral frame.
Wheel sets are usually installed on the end beam to enable the crane to run on the track.
Lifting trolley:
Composed of lifting mechanism, running mechanism and trolley frame.
Electrical system:
Includes components such as motors, controllers and brakes.
The electrical system controls various actions of the crane to ensure its safe and reliable operation.
II. Working principle
The double-girder crane lifts heavy objects through the lifting mechanism of the lifting trolley, and then moves the heavy objects to the designated position through the running mechanism of the trolley and the traveling mechanism of the crane. During the working process, the electrical system controls the actions of each mechanism to realize the automatic operation of the crane.

Within 10 to 45 working days after receiving the advance payment.
Q 4: How about the transportation?
We will suggest you the best shipment method according to your goods dimensions and weight. It also depends on clients' decisions. We will try our best to serve you.Suzhou, where our company is located, is close to Shanghai. Therefore, we usually use the port of Shanghai to export goods.
Q 5: Are you responsible for equipment installation?
Regarding installation, the installation service fee is not included in our quotation. We will provide installation instructions to help customers install the equipment by themselves. If customers need us to send technicians to conduct the installation service, we will charge an additional installation fee.
Q 6:What are your after-sales services?
We offer a one-year quality guarantee for our products. If there are any quality problems with the products themselves within one year after shipment, we will provide replacement parts for you as soon as possible. After one year, we will provide paid spare parts for the entire life cycle of the products.
