The low-headroom hoist is a special type of lifting equipment, mainly used for hoisting heavy objects in environments where the space height is limited. 

 

 

Compact Layout

1. Adjustment of Component Positions: The positions of components such as the electric trolley and the motor are specially designed. For example, they are shifted to the sides to free up sufficient space directly below, reducing the overall vertical space occupied by the hoist.
2. Integrated Design: The main components of the hoisting mechanism, such as the sprocket and the chain guide frame, are directly installed between the side plates of the running trolley, integrating the running trolley and the hoisting mechanism into a whole, resulting in a more compact structure.

 

• Performance

• Wide Lifting Capacity Range: Ranging from 63 kg to 2500 kg, it can meet the lifting requirements of different scales. There are various lifting speeds, with double-speed or frequency conversion control. The duty cycle can reach 60%, enabling continuous operation. It can work within the temperature range of -20°C to +40°C, and can reach even higher temperatures under special configurations.
