40Cr
For DRS112~DRS200 models, we utilize 40Cr hot-rolled round steel, meticulously processed through quenching
and tempering treatment to ensure lasting performance.
For DRS250~DRS500 models, we employ 40Cr forgings with tempering treatment, maximizing strength and durability.
This material choice delivers high tensile strength, with comprehensive quenching and
surface quenching treatment, achieving a hardness of HB300-380. Every walking wheel is designed with
a guiding function. When wheel flange guidance is employed, it offers unparalleled precision and reliability.
The precision engineering of our DRS Wheel Box ensures that the gap between the inner surface of the wheel flange and the edge of
the track can be minimized to an astounding 1mm. This same precision level can be achieved by arranging guide wheels, providing
unparalleled consistency. Should there be an anticipated increase in wear, the walking wheel tread or guide wheel rim can be
expertly hardened to HRC56 ± 2 (HB530) to ensure performance without slipping. This hardening process is focused on reducing wear,
extending the lifetime of the walking wheel components. By hardening these elements, we ensure durability and smooth operations,
while the walking wheel's hardening is specifically designed to minimize wear and tear, prolonging its life.
Polyurethane
Polyurethane is a cutting-edge synthetic rubber material that boasts superior
resistance characteristics, setting it apart from other synthetic rubbers with enhanced durability.
When compared with traditional metal materials, polyurethane walking wheels demonstrate
a remarkably higher coefficient of friction, making them the perfect choice for
